Open Exhibition, 2023-2024
• Sustenance
June 29th - August 21st, 2025
Opening: June 29th, 1:00 - 2:30
We often think of food when thinking of this term, but artists will be given room to explore other uses of the word.

• “Panel” Discussion
August 24th - October 16th, 2025
Opening: August 24th, 1:00 - 2:30
All art will be on cradled wood panels, 12” x 12”, with a depth of 1 ½”. Works such as found art, montages, etc., may extend past the depth of the panel. 3D artists may also lay the 12” x 12” panel flat for display on a table.
Art may be created directly on the panels, or the art may be glued or otherwise attached. Attach the hanging wire 4” down on each side, keeping it tight enough that it is not visible above the panel when hung.
The panels remain unframed for this exhibit. The artist may choose how to handle the panel’s side edges; they may be part of the artwork, painted, or remain unfinished, but ideally neat, regardless.
Panels may be any brand, but here are a few places to find them:

• Domestic Violence Awareness Month: “Resilience”
October 19th, 2025 - November 6th, 2026
Opening: October 19th, 1:00 - 2:30
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, intended to unite advocates across the nation in their efforts to end domestic violence. In conjunction with the YWCA Hanover Safe Home, we’ll examine the theme of “resilience” in our art. Artists are encouraged to explore the word and theme via the medium of their choice.
• Repetition
November 9th, 2025 - January 8th, 2026
Opening: November 9th, 1:00 - 2:30
Artists will again have some room regarding the topic. Perhaps it's a repeating color pattern, or maybe there will be small mice throughout. The artist decides what repeats and if it is subtle or obvious.
• Twenty-Six
January 11th - February 12th, 2026
Opening: January 11th, 1:00 - 2:30
The first exhibit of 2026 features works priced in amounts ending in twenty-six, such as $26, $126, $226, and so on.
• Time
February 15th - March 24th, 2026
Opening: February 15th, 1:00 - 2:30
Look for a reference to the passing of time somewhere within a work. Perhaps a watch or calendar, or maybe a less literal view like the generations…
• Shana Bonetti, MFA Thesis Exhibit

Tentative Opening, March 28th, 2026
